Food and Beverage Department Executive Chef We are seeking an Executive Chef to ensure the high-quality, efficient production of all food at our property. Responsibility includes the oversight of two kitchens that service our main restaurant/pub, our high-volume, very popular seasonal outdoor deck restaurant, and all banquets and catering. Specific responsibilities include managing food production to budget while maintaining high food quality and unique presentation, preparing menus for holiday buffets and ala carte and standardizing recipes to ensure consistency and portion control, managing all culinary staff in a professional manner, creating a strong team environment, ensuring maximum cleanliness and safety, purchasing, requisitioning, and storage of all food, cleaning supplies, paper products, and kitchen small wares. Ensuring complete guest satisfaction is a priority and extensive prior experience in a similar environment will be necessary for success. This is a challenging position and an excellent opportunity for the hands-on Executive Chef who will be actively involved in back line food preparation for catering and banquets, preparation of weekly staff schedules in accordance with budgetary guidelines and forecasted business demand, and responsible for loss prevention controls on all food and non-food kitchen products. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure a strong team and profitable operation.
AM/PM Host/Hostess This position requires an outgoing individual with leadership skills and exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will be experienced in hospitality, able to efficiently lead the wait staff, possess keen attention to detail, and delight in greeting and serving our guests. Candidates must be dependable team players who pride themselves on delivering the finest in guest service. AM/PM Server We are seeking experienced servers to work all shifts in our multiple food and beverage outlets. Successful candidates will be reliable team players who are friendly and out going, possess strong customer service skills and will enjoy providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Bartender The successful candidate must be an experienced bartender who is conscientious, friendly, outgoing, and totally dedicated to providing the finest in hospitality for our guests. Work will be performed in one of our multiple food and beverage outlets as well as for banquet and catered events. Candidates must be dependable team players.
AM/PM Line Cook This position requires experience in food handling, sanitation and preparation. Candidates must be able to operate a grill and broiler, and prepare all of our menu items according to our Executive Chef's specifications. Conscientiousness, attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of the morning or evening team is a must. AM/PM Dishwasher We are seeking dependable, flexible individuals who have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Duties include operating a dish washing machine, mopping, emptying kitchen trash receptacles, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This is a key position in the successful operation of our kitchen.
Housekeeping Department Room Attendant Cleanliness is one of the most important features a hotel can offer its guests. We are seeking exceptional housekeeping candidates for the position of room attendant who will clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and lobby areas. Responsibilities include changing linens and towels, restocking amenities and other items, cleaning and disinfecting all guest room and bathroom surfaces, dusting and polishing all furniture, removing trash, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, and ensuring that each room is spotless before each guest arrives. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, cleaning experience, and a desire for perfection. Conscientiousness is important as you will leave your mark on each room you clean. Friendliness and a positive attitude are important also because you will be ambassadors of the hotel.
