Wake up not only your physical body with an energetic flow to the themed playlist, but find your higher Self as you practice patience and surrender to stillness. We end with a rewarding Savasana that will leave you with a genuine peaceful feeling to take with you throughout the rest of your stay. Saturdays at 8 AM this winter.
