Hula Hooping Class
Join us for a Hula Hooping for Fitness class at High Peaks Resort! This session introduces the basics of hoop dance, helping you build confidence and coordination with fun, flowing movements.
We’ll start with a yoga-inspired warm-up to get your body ready, followed by waist hooping to engage your core. No prior experience is needed—just bring comfortable, supportive shoes and plenty of water. Hoops are provided, so come ready to move, have fun, and discover a new way to stay active!
